These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in any tours, treks, or travel-related services offered by us.
By booking a tour or trek with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
A deposit or full payment (as specified for each tour or trek) is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before the trip begins.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
Refunds depend on how many days before departure the cancellation is made:
More than 30 days: 80% refund
15–30 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
No refunds will be made for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
In case of cancellation due to weather, political instability, or other unavoidable reasons, we may reschedule or offer an alternate trip.
3. Health and Fitness
Participants must be in good physical and mental health suitable for trekking or touring activities.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may affect your safety or that of others.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain personal travel insurance covering accidents, injury, loss, and trip cancellation.
The company is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage during the trip.
5. Itinerary Changes
While we do our best to follow the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather, road conditions, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any extra cost resulting from delays or changes beyond our control will be borne by the participant.
6. Liability

We are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, theft, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Behavior and Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, locals, and fellow travelers.
Any form of misconduct or illegal activity will lead to immediate termination of participation without refund.
8. Photography and Media
During the trip, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
By joining our tours, you grant us permission to use such media unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
